Shipping via Courier

Our company ships your order via courier services (Geniki Taxydromiki or Speedex). The shipping costs are borne by the recipient and are included in the cash on delivery amount. For packages with small volume and weight up to 5 kilograms, the shipping cost within Greece is 4€ plus VAT, and for Cyprus, it is 12€.

The shipping costs for orders of greater weight or volume in Greece and Cyprus are determined after consultation.

It is clarified that in case of a change in the cost of shipping, you will be informed before the execution of your order, in order to confirm that you accept the additional cost.

 

Shipping Company

For orders of large volume or weight, it is recommended to use a shipping company for delivery. To provide the best service, our company collaborates with transportation companies across Greece, striving to cover even the most remote areas. Before shipment, you will be informed about the corresponding shipping costs.

It is clarified that when shipping with a transportation company, there is no option for payment on delivery.

 

Pickup from our facilities

You can easily and comfortably make your purchases through our online store, and once your order is ready, you will be notified to pick it up from our facilities. This way, you save time and are not burdened with shipping costs.

Pickup hours: weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM.

Order Delivery Time

The majority of orders received by 2:00 PM are shipped within 1 to 5 business days, always based on the availability of each product. Despite our efforts to be absolutely consistent with the availability indications and shipping times, there is a possibility that the availability of a product may change due to delivery delays caused by force majeure (extreme weather conditions, strikes, etc.). In every case, we will contact you to discuss how you would like to proceed.
